The Animal Refuge Center's Pet Therapy
Program is a wonderful way for people with
a lot of love and a little time to give to do
something special and lasting for their
community. Even the homeless animals at
The Animal Refuge Center happily do their
part, because they know that they have love to spare.

Our motto is "While We Have Time, Let Us
Do Good." Why don't you contact the Animal
Refuge Center for your next community
service project? We have so much good to
accomplish, not only for the homeless pets
of Hardin County, but for the Seniors of
our community who have done so much
for us. Volunteer today! You'll be glad you did.

Our Volunteer Spotlight is on Marilyn Williams, seen
at left with ARC old-timer, Benny.

Ms. Williams is originally from California, but has lived
here in Kentucky for 30 years. Animals come as second
nature to Marilyn. She has always had dogs and cats as pets
through her life, and currently has two cats, one of which she
fell in love with right here at ARC. In addition to being a valued volunteer with the Animal Refuge Center's Pet Therapy
Program, she is also a member of the Radcliff Women's
Club, and also takes part in Pet Therapy with Service Dogs
from the Training Center on Fort Knox.

Her energy and enthusiasm for the work she does makes her One-Of-A-Kind! Thanks, Ms. Williams, for all the hard work and love you put into our community!

Our Pet Therapy Program is ALWAYS in need of volunteers who have a lot of love and a little
time to give. If you have a free day, even as little as one day a month, then please call us at
270-877-6064 and we can set up a time to get started!
